Yleens� olen suunnitellut kirjeiden sis�lt�� etuk�teen ranskalaisin viivoin vihkoon, johon kirjaan my�s mit� kirjepapereita/kuoria/postimerkkej� olen jo l�hett�nyt millekin kirjekaverille. T�ll� kertaa menin kuitenkin kirjeen suunnittelussa pidemm�lle ja kirjoitin koko kirjeen ensin koneella ja vasta sitten k�sin. Toisaalta se tuntuu v�h�n huijaukselta, mutta toisaalta kirjoitettavaa oli paljon ja n�in sain kaiken j�sennelty� j�rkev�sti.
I sent this colorful letter to Singapore a couple of weeks ago. I also enclosed this watercolor postcard painting. I started these type of little paintings last spring and only finished two of them. The reference is from The Night-Book Book by Mauri Kunnas.
I've usually planned the contents of letters by listing some topics in a notebook, which I also use for keeping track of which stationery and stamps I've already sent to which penpal (I try not to send the same one to the same person twice). But this time I went further and wrote the whole letter on the computer before handwriting it on paper. I kind of felt like it was cheating, but on the other hand, I had a lot to write and this way I got it all structured better.
